What does it Mean to be Visually Impaired?

To be visually Impaired is considered but not limited to:

• Blind - partial or full
• Limited vision due to sight that can not be corrected by corrective lenses
• Color Blindness be that full or partial
• Physical disability that doesn't allow manipulation of the eye for vision
