This month’s Ranger Recognition Teacher Spotlight shines on Mrs. Davis, whose students overwhelmingly praised her spirit of Service.
Over and over, students shared how Mrs. Davis goes the extra mile—staying after school to help, patiently working through tough math concepts, and making sure no one feels left behind. To them, her service isn’t just about teaching equations; it’s about the way she genuinely cares about their success as people.
One student put it best: “She isn’t here just for the paycheck. She wants us to succeed — and you can feel that she truly means it.”
Her own journey reflects this same dedication. After years in the workforce, Mrs. Davis returned to school, discovered a love for math, and committed herself to serving students with encouragement and belief.
