As we prepare for the 2026-2027 school year, all students participating in OSSAA activities (including athletics, cheer, band, and other eligible activities) must have their required Rank One forms completed before they will be eligible to participate.
Please visit https://rankone.com/ and follow the steps below to complete your student's forms.
How to Complete Rank One Forms
Step 1: Open the Rank One website on your phone's internet browser or on a computer.
Step 2: Click the red "Parents Click Here" button.
Step 3: Select "Online Forms (Go to Forms)."
Step 4: Choose Oklahoma as your state.
Step 5: Search for Roland Public Schools and select it from the list.
Step 6: Scroll to the bottom of the Student Management Portal home page and click "Create a New Account."
Step 7: Check the email address you used to register and verify your email address before continuing.
Step 8: Log back into Rank One and click "My Student(s)" on the left side of the screen to add your student. You will need:
Your student's last name
Your student's student ID number (lunch number)
Step 9: After adding your student, you will see nine required forms. Open each form and complete all requested information.
Important Information
If your student completed their physical at Roland Public Schools, you do not need to complete the physical form. The school will upload the physical for you.
All required forms must be completed before students will be eligible to participate in OSSAA activities.
