Roland band students had a super successful weekend at Solo & Ensemble! Select students traveled to compete, and their hard work paid off with 5 Superior ratings and 3 Excellent ratings, with 15 students total earning these honors.

Students in the Roland High School Band who received Superior ratings have qualified to perform at State!

Roland Students Shine at OSSAA District Vocal Competition

Roland students recently traveled to Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva, Oklahoma to compete in the OSSAA District Vocal Competition, and we are proud to celebrate their outstanding performances.

High School students Ayden Hammock and Aniyah Embry-Thomas each received an EXCELLENT rating on their vocal solos.

Middle School students Zoe Thompson, Aubrey Webb, and Jessica Dye also earned EXCELLENT ratings on their solos.

Alicyn Howard, April Romero, and Kayleigh Sanders each received a SUPERIOR rating on their vocal solos.

We are incredibly proud of these talented students for representing Roland Public Schools with excellence and dedication. Please help us congratulate them on their hard work and achievements.

Paisley Davis and Brooklin Peters competed in the OACD State Youth Speech Contest on Sunday, March 1 at the beautiful OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark in Oklahoma City, representing Roland against students from across the entire state.

🏆 Paisley was named Division 1 State Champion!

👏 Brooklin placed in the Top 7 individuals in the state!

We are so proud of their hard work, confidence, and the way they represented Roland with excellence. Way to go, girls!

Our Lady Ranger Powerlifting team competed at the 2026 OGPCA Regional Meet this week with one goal in mind to qualify for State.

Out of lifters across Oklahoma only the top 15 statewide in each division advance and Roland has TWO of them.

Congratulations to Paisley Davis and Mira Reagan on qualifying for the OGPCA State Championships in Durant on March 2.

🏆📚 Quiz Bowl Champions Headed to State 📚🏆

We are so proud of our Roland Middle School Quiz Bowl teams for an incredible season of competition.

Our 6th and 7th Grade Team of Aniyah Acton, Holden Denny, Eli Jeremiah, Camryn Lauman, Zenith Miller, Jayden Moore, and Austin Wynn captured both District and Regional Championships and finished the season undefeated.

Our 7th and 8th Grade Team of Aniyah Acton, Eli Jeremiah, Brenton Joseph, Camryn Lauman, Zenith Miller, Jayden Moore, and Austin Wynn also earned District and Regional titles with only one loss all season.

The 6th and 7th grade team will compete at State on April 11 and the 7th and 8th grade team will compete on April 18.

Thank you to Mr. Adams for the leadership, support, and countless hours invested in our students.
