We would like to congratulate Blane Colwell, Brandie Reese, Graciee Wasson, Kylee Hodges and Wyatt Harvell on winning the High School Team Range competition at the 2023 NEO Aggie Days. We would also like to recognize Wyatt Harvell for winning High Individual and Blane Colwell for winning 2nd High Individual Range.
Roland Middle School would like to thank the Oklahoma Highway Patrol Marine Enforcement Division for taking the time to personally come teach our seventh and eighth grade students about boat and water safety. They spent two full days with our students going over everything so that they would be able to pass the BOAT OKLAHOMA Safe Boating Course. This will give them the knowledge needed to have a fun and safe summer on our beautiful Oklahoma lakes.
Wednesday, April 12th, the Girls Golf Team traveled to Poteau for their Invitational. Lilly Medicine Bird placed 7th with a 98. Way to go Lilly!!!

We were made aware of what the OHP considers a statewide social media threat. The threat was put out via snapchat as a rumored school shooting today.
Roland Public Schools has taken all necesary precations to ensure that our students and staff are safe throughout the school day.

Tuesday, Roland Golf participated in the Muldrow Invitational where Conner Reichert shot an 80 and won the tournament. Great Job, Conner!
In an effort to accommodate our state ACT testing for juniors, Roland High School will be virtual on Tuesday, April 4th. This virtual day will only be for the high school. All other sites, bus routes, and meals will resume as scheduled. All Juniors (unless notified otherwise) will take the state ACT on Tuesday, April 4, 2023. ACT testing is a mandatory graduation requirement for all students, per the Oklahoma State Department of Education. Parents, please ensure your juniors are on the RHS campus by 8:00 AM on test day. Testing procedures will begin promptly at 8:30 AM. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Upon completion of testing, students will be dismissed from the high school campus.
The Roland Ranger golf team attended the Keys tournament Wednesday, March 22. Senior Conner Reichert placed 2nd with a score of 85!
