It is with heavy hearts that Roland Public Schools shares the heartbreaking news of the passing of one of our Pre-K 3-year-old students, Bellamy Mithlo, who passed away unexpectedly on Sunday evening. Bellamy was a bright and precious member of Mrs. Jaiden Conaway’s class. Her sweet smile, joyful spirit, and gentle presence brought so much light to our school family, and she will be deeply missed by her classmates, teachers, and all who knew her. Our thoughts and prayers are with Bellamy’s family, friends, and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. We ask our Ranger community to please keep them in your hearts as we mourn the loss of such a beautiful young life.

Today, the RHS Honor Club wrapped up their very first pet drive by delivering a truckload of donations to the Roland Animal Control Center and Barking for a Cause in Muldrow. 🐾

Students spent the day helping with tasks and chores, learning how local rescues operate, and seeing firsthand why volunteering matters. And of course, they finished with everyone’s favorite part—loving on the dogs, who were more than happy to soak up all the attention.

We are so proud of our kids and so grateful for our community for showing up in the best way for this drive. Thank you to everyone who donated and helped us make an impact right here at home.

We’re already looking forward to doing it again this spring! 🐾
